Return/Exchange Policy

For Non-Quality Problem
Orders signed within 7 days:
We provide "7 Days No Reason Return/Exchange".
if you are not satisfied with the product for any reason, you have the right to return it. But you need to know that in this case, you need to return the goods to our designated address, and the return shipping fee is paid by you and we will deduct $10-$25 (depending on the weight of the item) from the refund as the cost of sending the package. DHL will require full deduction of $25-$40


Orders signed beyond 7 days:
We’re only able to accept returns or exchanges in cases of product defects or shipping errors on our part. Thank you for your understanding.

For Quality Problem or Our Fault Caused Problem
We will resend item or refund you once we get your photo evidence.
