For Non-Quality Problem
Orders signed within 7 days:
We provide "7 Days No Reason Return/Exchange".
if you are not satisfied with the product for any reason, you have the right to return it. But you need to know that in this case, you need to return the goods to our designated address, and the return shipping fee is paid by you and we will deduct $10-$25 (depending on the weight of the item) from the refund as the cost of sending the package. DHL will require full deduction of $25-$40
Orders signed beyond 7 days:
If not quality problem or it's not our mistake to send the wrong size more than 7 days, you need to pay the return shipping fee or you need to pay the resend fee about $10-$15 shipping fee if you want to replacement.
For Quality Problem or Our Fault Caused Problem
We will resend item or refund you once we get your photo evidence.
