Artist Collaboration Policy

Korura Club values creativity and the artists who help bring new ideas to life.
This page explains how our artist collaboration process works and how we protect creators’ work.

Collaboration Overview

Korura Club occasionally invites artists and designers from the community to submit creative ideas for potential collaboration.

Participation in this program is completely voluntary.

Submitting a concept does not guarantee that the design will be selected for production.

Concept Submission

Artists may submit concept sketches or design ideas for review.

To protect creators, we recommend submitting:

• Concept sketches
• Low-resolution previews
• Watermarked drafts

Please do not send final high-resolution files or source files unless a collaboration has been confirmed.

Design Review

Our design team reviews submitted concepts based on:

• Creativity
• Feasibility for production
• Compatibility with the Korura Club brand

The review process usually takes approximately 1–2 weeks.

Selected Designs

If a design is selected, Korura Club will contact the creator to confirm collaboration details.

At this stage we may request final design files and will arrange compensation according to the agreed terms.

Selected creators may also receive public credit when the product is released, when applicable.

Non-Selected Submissions

If a design is not selected:

Korura Club will not produce, use, or commercialize the design.

The creator retains full ownership of their work.

In some cases, we may provide a small store voucher as a gesture of appreciation for the creator’s time and interest.
This voucher is not payment for design work.

Creator Rights

Korura Club respects the rights of creators.

We do not:

• Use designs that were not selected
• Produce designs without the creator’s permission
• Use submitted designs for AI training or other commercial purposes without consent

All collaborations are confirmed before any design enters production.

Intellectual Property

Creators retain ownership of their designs unless a separate agreement is made for a selected design.

No submitted design will be used without explicit approval from the creator.
