I bought the xs/s/m and it fits really well. I am 5'8, 160lbs, and have a 30 inch waist. The only reason I'd choose to go a size up would be to get larger garters as I push them to their limits and my thighs aren't even particularly thick

It shipped a lot faster than I expected frankly, which was nice. I have no complaints except that from the picture I was under the impression it included ears. It did come with cute garters which weren’t in the picture so I guess that makes up for it. The wrinkles in the picture aren’t there at all when you wear it, but I’m not adding a picture of myself in lingerie for everyone to see 😭 It’s super cute and I’m pretty happy with my purchase.

Stretchy and adjustable so it really could fit anyone. The XS/S/M fits my torso best so that's the one I went with. Definitely needs a tail and the little maid kitty bonnet but it's so cute!
